Dedicated staff at Colchester-based PMS Managing Estates have been recognised at the inaugural Association of Residential Managing Agents (ARMA) ACE Awards.
The Awards were introduced to celebrate excellence and exceptional achievements of the UK’s leading residential managing agents and the work of their staff in improving the lives of leaseholders across the country.
Long-serving Senior Property Services Manager Sue Harness, 63, who provides round-the-clock emergency cover supporting more than 6,500 landlords and tenants, was highly commended at the ceremony in July after being shortlisted for the Unsung Hero Award.
PMS Marketing and New Business Coordinator Liam Furr said:
