Congratulations to Anna Trafford from University Centre Colchester for winning the Employee of the Year Award at the 2017 Colchester Youth Awards, held on 13 July.

Colchester Youth Awards, now in their 13th year, celebrate the achievements of young people in the town aged 11 to 25, with the new Employee of the Year Award recognising a young person who has made an outstanding contribution to their organisation.

The judging panel for this award was very difficult because of the high standard of entries for the Employee of the Year category.
