- Full time Site Manager.
Candidates must have previous and up to date office experience, and knowledge of the property industry (not necessarily management).
- Full/Part time Paralegal.
required to work alongside the manager of our legal services department. Previous experience in leasehold litigation and the following areas is essential: reading and understanding leases, liaison with Directors of resident management companies regarding the content of the Leases, translation of the “meaning” of lease clauses, the creation of an information database for site managers, and assisting in the preparation of meetings where matters pertaining to the Lease require explanation to the resident management companies.
