From time to time, there will be a need to report a problem at your development. Whether this is a blown bulb in a communal area, or a water leak from above, we are here to help.

For all reports that need the attention of a contractor, please call our main switchboard number or your site manager's direct dial telephone number where we will inform you of what we are doing about the problem, keeping you up to date with the progress.

Please note, however, that some problems cannot be attended to using communal service charge funds; these typically involve repairs or adjustments to a part of your development that is not covered under the management remit (all areas decreed as part of a freehold property, or areas adopted by the local council), or indeed, repairs to the inside of your flat unless covered as an insured peril on your buildings block insurance.

Out of hours non-emergency calls will be dealt with the next working day; emergency calls (fire, flood, building collapse) will be dealt with immediately by our emergency response team.
