PMS have an internal legal department to which our Site Managers may refer legal matters.  This enables the Site Manager to concentrate on the day to day management of your property.   The services include:

Providing your conveyancer with an information pack when you buy or sell your property containing:

  • A statement of service charge account
  • A statement of anticipated service charge expenditure
  • A copy of the Memorandum & Articles of Association for your RMC
  • The last 3 years of accounts
  • A copy of the current year budget
  • Current block insurance policy documentation (if Leasehold)
  • An application of membership (if required)
