Shortly, you will be contacted by PMS to obtain important information like contact details and verification of whether your flat will be rented out. You can submit this information to us electronically or by conventional mail using the form downloadable from the 'Contact Details' part of our website.
Some people are fairly new to Leasehold property and may not be aware what a Leasehold management company is, or what functions can be expected as part of our service.
