Between now and 2012, all regions in the United Kingdom will have the old analogue television signal switched off in favour of broadcasting the new digital television services known as Freeview*.

During 2010, PMS have embarked on a portfolio wide aerial upgrade project to ensure that all our properties are digital ready.

Those blocks which were short-listed should now have a fully 'digital-ready' communal aerial system installed which will be capable of receiving all current digital channels and services and cope with the increased signal bandwidth as new high definition digital channels and services are introduced over the coming years.

If you find yourself unable to receive certain channels on your digital decoder, try retuning it; please watch the following short video, nine times out of ten, this will solve your problem:

*Please remember that 'Freeview', that is received through a normal terrestrial aerial, is not the same as 'Freesat', which is received through a satellite dish.

Not all developments managed by PMS have communal satellite dishes.  Please do not erect a personal satellite dish on your block, you will almost certainly break the terms of your lease by doing so.  If you are unsure, please call us and we will be happy to help and advise.
