Occasionally, things may not go to plan, or we may get something wrong.

If we get something wrong, we will seize the opportunity to demonstrate our professionalism by finding an acceptable resolution to all involved.

PMS have a complaints procedure that you are free to follow if you feel that your issue has not, in the first instance, been dealt with satisfactorily.  A copy of this complaints procedure can be downloaded <here>.
