Colchester based, we are well situated to manage developments through out the whole of Anglia and the South East.

In 2007 we moved to our new modern offices on The Colchester Business Park. Through investment in staff, development in call centre technology and the implementation of the latest management information systems, we have grown to be one of the largest companies in the residential block management arena.

We cover the whole of the United Kingdom, but most of our managed sites are within the Anglia region. Currently we are managing sites that range from a handful of flats to large corporate developments that contain several hundred units. Our corporate alliances include both local and national house builders.

Our experience is vast and we continue to grow and adapt to suit an ever changing market.

PMS is owned and managed by Terry Sutton, who remains as dedicated today as he ever was when the company was first founded. His work ethics have been adopted by all staff members of PMS and his open door approach has meant that PMS will continually improve as each staff member brings new skills and ideas to the company.
